Specials from our Tandoor (Barbeque)

Tandoor is a traditional pitcher shaped oven made of Indian clay which burns with charcoal fire. Its slow and steady heat never leaves the meat dry. Instead it helps in retaining the juices and flavors of the meat and bakes them to perfection. Some Indian breads like Naan, Kulcha, Tandoori ROtu are also baked in a Tandoor giving them distinctive taste and flavor
